一、付款

  • 付款方式:支援信用卡、行動支付、銀行轉帳,安全便捷。

二、運費及配送服務

  • 運費:每筆訂單 NT$100 。

  • 免運優惠:滿 NT$5000,即可享免運服務。

  • 配送範圍:全台本島皆可配送(偏遠地區可能需額外運費)。

  • 配送時效

    • 小型商品:3-7 個工作天內送達。

    • 大型商品:需專人聯絡安排配送。

三、退換貨政策

  • 退換貨條件

    1. 根據消保法規定,好傢在寢具床墊館消費者均享有商品到貨7天猶豫期之權益;但特別標定說明因寢具商品為親膚性商品,如經使用、下水洗滌、原包裝受損均不接受退貨。

    2. HANES 受理消費者的退換貨,退貨時商品必須包裝完整,未使用過,從商品收訖起 7 天內為退換貨保證期,若超過此期間視同驗收完成不得退換貨。

    3. 若商品有瑕疵或配送問題,HANES 將負責處理並承擔運費。

    4. HANES 皆為台灣常用尺寸,請消費者在下單時;詳細了解自己所需尺寸,(商品下方也均有詳細的規格尺寸說明),避免因尺寸規格不符造成而造成無謂的退換貨。

    5. 客製化(訂製)寢具商品為專屬尺寸與規格製作,完成後恕無法辦理退貨或換貨,敬請於下單前再次確認尺寸與需求。

  • 申請流程

    • 收到商品 7 日內,聯繫客服並提供訂單編號。

四、商品保養指南

  • 床墊保養

    • 每 3 個月翻轉一次,保持均衡支撐。

    • 避免潮濕及尖銳物品接觸。

  • 枕頭保養

    • 定期清洗外套,內芯依說明書清潔。

    • Large Items: Delivery scheduled by our team in advance.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  1. In accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act, customers who purchase from the HANES Bedding & Mattress Collection are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period upon receiving the product.
    However, bedding products are considered intimate personal-use items. Products that have been used, washed, or have damaged original packaging will not be eligible for return.

  2. HANES accepts return and exchange requests within 7 days from the date the product is received. Items must be unused and returned in complete original packaging. Requests made after the 7-day period will be deemed as acceptance of the goods and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  3. If the product has manufacturing defects or delivery-related issues, HANES will take full responsibility for handling the matter and covering the associated shipping costs.

  4. All HANES products follow standard Taiwan sizing. Customers are advised to carefully confirm the required dimensions before placing an order. Detailed size specifications are provided on each product page to prevent unnecessary returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

  5. Customized (made-to-order) bedding products are manufactured according to specific dimensions and requirements. As these items are made exclusively for the customer, they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please carefully confirm all measurements and specifications before placing your order.

Application Process

  1. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Kindly provide your order number along with relevant details to initiate the return or exchange process.

4. Product Care Guide

  • Mattress Care:

    • Flip your mattress every 3 months to maintain balanced support.

    • Avoid moisture and sharp objects.

  • Pillow Care:

    • Regularly clean the outer cover. Follow the care instructions for the inner core.
