一、付款

二、運費及配送服務

• 運費：每筆訂單 NT$100 。
• 免運優惠：滿 NT$5000，即可享免運服務。
• 配送範圍：全台本島皆可配送（偏遠地區可能需額外運費）。
• 配送時效：
  • 小型商品：3-7 個工作天內送達。
  • 大型商品：需專人聯絡安排配送。

三、退換貨政策

• 退換貨條件：
  • 商品需保持全新、未使用，並保留完整包裝。
  • 若商品有瑕疵或配送問題，HANES 將負責處理並承擔運費。
• 申請流程：
  • 收到商品 7 日內，聯繫客服並提供訂單編號。

四、商品保養指南

• 床墊保養：
  • 每 3 個月翻轉一次，保持均衡支撐。
  • 避免潮濕及尖銳物品接觸。
• 枕頭保養：
  • 定期清洗外套，內芯依說明書清潔。
