一、付款

  • 免運優惠:滿 NT$5000,即可享免運服務。
  • 配送範圍:全台本島皆可配送(偏遠地區可能需額外運費)。
  • 配送時效
    • 小型商品:3-7 個工作天內送達。
    • 大型商品:需專人聯絡安排配送。

三、退換貨政策

  • 退換貨條件
    • 商品需保持全新、未使用,並保留完整包裝。
    • 若商品有瑕疵或配送問題,HANES 將負責處理並承擔運費。
  • 申請流程
    • 收到商品 7 日內,聯繫客服並提供訂單編號。

四、商品保養指南

  • 床墊保養
    • 每 3 個月翻轉一次,保持均衡支撐。
    • 避免潮濕及尖銳物品接觸。
  • 枕頭保養
    • 定期清洗外套,內芯依說明書清潔。
